i know  everyone has bad days  but yesterday i had one of those days, that at least 85% of every hand no matter what i was holding  i was beat by a river draw several  1 and 2 out draws and of course all the rest  i guess the stars were aligned against me  but, wow hard to get a grip on

i know how you feel, last week end my computer nearly got its first and last flying lesson due to my frustration. i had to take a few days off to cool down.
